Facilitation

As a facilitator I guide groups of different sizes and in different environments to create spaces where everyone can gain from the group process. This includes long term programmes where the group members remain the same, and also one-off workshops. 

Over the last 10+ years I have designed and delivered workshops with children, young people and adults in schools, on postgraduate courses, in community settings and for local government. I know how to build trust and safety within a group and how to create impactful learning and growth opportunities. Some of the themes of this work have been identity, entrepreneurship, communication and interpersonal skills, employability skills and race and religion.
